During my time PL felt as if it was going through an identity crisis. Trying to be all things to all customers. They have a great model as long as the customer can adjust to fit within the PL manufacturing process. My overall experience was a mixed bag. I enjoy my coworkers but I do not enjoy the compensation plan or the lack of empathy from management. It's a fun work environment and you will not be micromanaged but there are not a lot of opportunities to succeed. Very few people make their sales targets and the base salary is far below the national average in tech.
