Used to be great, willscot came in and they changed the comp plan, you won’t get paid until you hit 35 activations which if you live where it snows and construction slows and trucks can’t run, is very hard. Base is ok. They added so many reps that leads are oversaturated now.

Leadership has devalued sales staff by cutting commissions by 35% or more, created redundancies, implemented continuous changes without proper oversight resulting in loss of leads and opps and severe drops in productivity and revenue

The money was really good for me, I worked extremely hard but felt there was no recognition/upward mobility, despite being one of the top sales reps.
