The money was really good for me, I worked extremely hard but felt there was no recognition/upward mobility, despite being one of the top sales reps. It seemed like the company did not care to listen to employees needs, they only cared to push a woke agenda and focus on a small population of employees. Top employees consistently let go because they were making more money than anticipated.

Used to be great, willscot came in and they changed the comp plan, you won’t get paid until you hit 35 activations which if you live where it snows and construction slows and trucks can’t run, is very hard. Base is ok. They added so many reps that leads are oversaturated now.
