The company has the luxury of a long run way and flexibility to adapt the product, test, iterate, and deliver more value. Performance has been inconsistent and varied with market dynamics but leadership has a good track record of adjusting comp structures mid-year and do the right thing for the GTM teams.

You had pipeline meetings to talk about the deals you updated in SFDC, to have to discuss it in your 1:1, to also have big deal reviews to talk about those deals AND you had a Slack dealroom you had to update about those same deals. Not to mention that the company didn't come out with a second product...Read More
