The company, however, is plagued with thick-minded leadership, lack of creativity in selling, and inability to evolve into a streamlined strategic org with an enterprise mindset. Very French culture to the core - not a compliment.

The CEO is a visionary who I respect a lot. Venture backed SaaS can be rough, once they get their staffing equal to their TAM they can right the ship.
