Distracted while trying to be acquired, Mimecast missed the opportunity to invest in future capabilities and the AI wave. Consequently, many customers increasingly question the value of retaining Minecast, especially when faced by a roadmap of empty promises over an extended period. Pay/compensation is market competitive. Learning and development are weak for both product (relating to value/ROI) and general professional skills. Business leaders are supportive and drive a sense of team. There is definitely a clique culture which results in high staff turnover. Good

Great company! Leadership is great and they listen to the market and more importantly the reps. We acquired 2 new companies and it’s going to change the landscape for our competitors.
