My overall experience at the company was very, very poor. The company runs very lean from a Sales perspective. Leadership hire and fire on a whim. There is zero strategy, zero marketing help and one of the higher ranked sales leaders has zero sales experience. Company is focused on Bitcoin, not analytics technology. Run.

MicroStrategy is a solid company with huge earnings potential and a phenomenal ESOP and base structure. The company is i the middle of a dramatic re-invention, so there are some learning curves and hiccups with that, but for the most part, Leadership notices and are working to correct any problems going forward.
