Like any scaling org, there were moments of ambiguity and growing pains, but leadership was receptive to feedback and invested in long-term career development. It's a challenging experience at the moment, but the pieces are falling into place to improve things. Would just recommend asking a lot of questions around quota vs. TAM, and about product-market fit.
