Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It’s the best company I have worked at so far in my sales career. It’s a channel role so your partners are huge. They do all the lead generation for you. The goal is to cross and upsell the customers. The product is pretty high end. The OTE is below market average, but if you pass your number the bonus is pretty high. The hardest part is getting promoted and that’s why 80% of the people leave within 5 years. You kind of get stuck, and then you start looking around.
