It’s a good org and it feels like a safe place to be right now but their starting compensation is outdated. Reps have been offered the same money for 3-5years now. Leadership is a bit all over right now as Meraki has come up against its toughest year since being acquired. The organization is becoming more like Cisco for worse. Make sure you pick your manager very wisely. Quotas have been exploding, and many people are struggling to hit. They focus on metrics like email sent, events hosted, but don’t coach or get on calls with reps. With all that said, there are many opportunities with Cisco in networking and AI to create a career.
