Meraki is being swallowed by Cisco and is losing the values it once cherished. I won't be surprised if the brand ceases to exist in the next couple of years. My overall experience was positive here. The opportunity for growth was certainly there and there was no shortage of leads. Quota would be achieved and if they weren't, management was there to help.

Great company to work for overall. Pay is decent but not the top % but quota's are reasonable and the culture really fosters collaboration and work/life balance.
