Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It’s a good org and it feels like a safe place to be right now but their starting compensation is outdated. Reps have been offered the same money for 3-5years now. Leadership is a bit all over right now as Meraki has come up against its toughest year since being acquired. The organization is becoming more like Cisco for worse. I’m unsure of longevity at the moment, lots of growing pains.
