Great enablement and training. Meltwater is the Harvard of Sales, you will leave knowing so much about outbound. That said, it depends on the office and leader you have. Horrible compensation, probably the worst I have heard of. Product has so little value as well. Leadership at the highest level has not sold in years and doesn't understand today's market. Not enough space for full context - but culture in the sales consultant role is TOXIC. Micro-Mgmt, unrealistic activity expectations, they prey on college grads, Use 'GRIT' as a façade for "you'll work 'til you're burnt out & we'll pay you a meh salary."
