Back to ReviewsFormer Employee It was a great first role out of school, but the sales training structure is not in line, and base compensation along with the training program are worse than market value. You are in Indianapolis for 5 months doing sales training and then are not really expected to make anything happen for another 6 months after getting into sales, which is basically a year of your life fresh out of school not making any sort of good money. If you can get past that, you will typically begin to earn commissions which can grow fast do to frequent buyers and the quality of the Medasource delivery network. Browse Other Reviews
