Overall experience with MW was great - great product, great people, great campus, awesome amenities (gym, barber, free food and drink) but for a private company whose product is well-entrenched, the pay for significantly lower than the market average. Great product and almost sells itself, but Sales is dramatically underpaid and undervalued. The CEO has literally named sales "a necessary evil".

Majority of sales team has been there over ten years. Treatment of employees is excellent. Pay is awful to start but if you stick it out long enough you can make real good money. But it’s a long waiting game without much churn. Which is good if you’re in a good seat. Hard if you are trying to move up.
