Good place to work. I was moved to a poor manager and prompted me to leave but In hindsight should have moved teams internally.

Mastercard is a great place to work. Unlike other tech sales, there’s little chance you’ll make 500-600k per year, however you have virtually a guarantee bonus and a high based with best in class benefits (10% match on 401k, flex fridays, work from anywhere policy, big hsa contributions, etc). My overall experience was mixed. Smart people, exciting innovations and awesome opportunity to engage with senior execs at major brands. However not a sales organisation, many sales are based on rebates not value. Good place to learn internal stakeholder mgmt. Product & key account mgmt focused.
