Back to ReviewsFormer Employee MC did not allow quota attainment for service costs. Many upsells and cross sales had a service cost to implement the new solution. The services would cost tens of thousands of dollars but reps would not recieve quota attainment. The only time they recieved quota attainment were for licenses sold. So if existing clients already had the licenses they needed for their # of employees then you could only sell services which means you wouldn't hit quota and not make very good commission.
