I was hired to help create and expand the EMEA market share. I'm the second SDR in the region. Still a Series A company, so we're working towards finding message-market fit and finding our place amongst competitors. It's a longer sales cycle, but as an SDR that's not super important. The base salary is great, and commissions and quotas are good but leave a little more to be desired. The team is fantastic and there's a feeling/culture of high-performers everywhere working hard to expand our EMEA presence and take the company to the next level.
