Not too bad for what you can find across Spain but if we zoom out and compare with other EU-based peers, there's a lot of room for improvement.

Compensation is above local market average but below global market average. Very flexible and open environment, ideal for self-starters. Not a sales-driven organisation though, too much power from product and finance and loads of unnecessary processes and policies. If you have a good manager, you'll enjoy it, if you haven't, you are doomed as leadership is very poor.
