MaintainX is a great company to work for. They’re growing fast BUT they’re growing responsibly. Leadership is very careful not to overhire or burn cash and because of that they’ve avoided any layoffs. Their product is top of the market and they release new features constantly. Their product team is incredible. They have high expectations but for good reason. Goals are tough but attainable. An incredibly well run startup that I’m excited to grow with.

Overall, MaintainX is an awesome product with significant greenfield available to those who can put the work in and execute. Leadership is young, OTE is average/below average. All in all, I would say it is a positive place to work. Upwards mobility is possible, and they promote the ones who perform the best. Good place to grind it out.
