Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Sales leadership is a hindrance to your deals. More micromanaging then I've ever experienced, and nothing can be done without 3 layers of approval. Hard to get anything done at this company without being micro-managed by sales leadership who come into deals in late stages and sell phantom features and benefits to try and move the deal faster. Then, they will heavily discount the pricing you've negotiated in an effort to get the deal done that day. Resulting in the prospect becoming turned off or resulting in you making much less on commission.
