Newer strategic enterprise organization. With that comes learning curves on process and systems. This year the comp plan highly favored over achievers with the annual growth target being 12.8% book billing growth it isn’t that hard to hit quota. Lots of new competitors trying to take accounts and retention is a part of your number.
