There is no product market fit. The base is high but the likelihood of hitting OTE is so unattainable. There are currently no sales reps that have been at the company for more than a year because they continue to rip and replace the sales function.

Terrible culture. Run far, far away. The CEO is clueless and doesn’t understand anything about the sales cycle. You’ll be expected to product results immediately, despite the platform being very incomplete. Non of the brands they tout actually use the platform, aside from a few single location franchisees. I've had a great experience at Lunchbox. Some of the reviews are from employees that under performed. I started off in a lower role and worked hard to move up. This company is a complete disaster in large part due to the leadership and the way they operate. It’s a toxic work environment and a demeaning one at best.
