What's there to be said about entry-level logistics positions nowadays? Very little support from management on finding and building leads. Want to work through SalesForce? Be prepared to be the unlucky fourth caller of the day. Even with a warmed over "digital" interface for booking freight, Loadsmart is just another 3PL with all the baggage that comes with the industry.

The logistics industry is not in a good place right now, there was no inbound leads. Loadsmart is a great place to work if you care about diversity and inclusion.
