Poor leadership in the past year, stretched the team on Sales and Rev ops too thin. Unrealistic numbers for 150% quota increase. Enjoyed the first year there. Second year was terrible.

New leadership over the past year has brought in a new perspective and undone a number of things that didn't make sense. Majority of the churn last year was not voluntary but performance based. A new process and way of selling is showing positive results and a continued upward trajectory.
