Poor leadership in the past year, stretched the team on Sales and Rev ops too thin. Unrealistic numbers for 150% quota increase. Enjoyed the first year there. Second year was terrible.

Great people across the company and the core product is the leader in its space, so great PMF. Leadership is struggling to steer the ship now as the company looks to expand with its new products, especially after its somewhat recent acquisition. The Sales Team is seeing a lot of turnover and has been for about a year, so I would wait it out until things settle down...Read More
