Overtime, especially after acquiring another business to bring into our own, culture went sour and targets more than doubled within a year. Unfortunately leadership would be replaced every year or so and the solution to missed targets was the same - add more reps. Lead/inbounds were almost all for SMB which made it a challenge for MM/ENT reps. No onboarding/training at first (sink or swim mentality) and no development throughout. Originally promising but went company simply did not adjust to market quickly enough - offering wasn't disruptive and market was just too saturated.
