So many things could be better. Mass layoffs. I was let go for no reason. Unfortunately, leadership gets their guidance from Snapple caps.

Good product, bad leadership - company was constantly changing things that made it impossible to settle into a sales rhythm or hit quota. My last 3-4 months here only 3 or 4 reps hit quota ( out of an SDR org of 40 give or take.)
