My overall experience has been very positive, in terms of quota attainment, and the general environment created by the leadership. As a start-up, not everything is structured and things change quite quickly - but the business is scaling well and has a bright future under current leadership. I would note quotas are relatively higher than similar enterprise roles so be prepared to work hard and find your own opportunities.
