Former Employee1.0May 1, 2025I regret the loyalty I felt to the company. They didn’t value hard work or loyalty. It’s a numbers game. If you could fake it then you could make it. Pay cuts yearly. No climbing the corporate ladder unless they favored you.

Since going public, Life Time lost focus on its goals and removed its sales team, and created a concierge team.
