The SDR role will likely be eliminated at Lexipol within the next 12 months. Leadership is showing signs of moving to Full-Cycle Sales reps. In August 2024, 10 brand new Account Executives were hired and this wasn't known information to the rest of the sales team until the reps were in their 2nd week of starting. Vague transparency on what the future holds and the direction of the company are major issues. The company that owns Lexipol (GTCR) is likely trying to increase value before they go to sell them to someone else. 'Fresh talent' appears to be the motive now as a quiet firing work environment has developed for tenured employees.

Good, company went through many executive leadership changes during my time, more compensation can be had selling the Lexipol legacy platform over the continuing education platyforms PoliceOne Academy etc.
