Former Employee3.3Nov 16, 2023I worked with excellent people but the sales leadership had much to be desired. They were nice people but there wasn't the wealth of experience and the company started to lose the innovation edge against its top competitor.

Lever used to be a great place to work and Employ leadership has changed everything that was great about Lever for the worse. Hitting your OTE is a pipe dream at best.
