My overall experience was just ok. Level has a good product for the accessibility space. It was a lot of moving parts that hopefully they get right. It should be noted for anyone looking to join, that in 2023 only 1 sales rep made quota out of 30 plus. That mid market and enterprise sales.

As an AE, expect to pick up the phones to hot quota. If you are interviewing, ask to see the comp package. It is not fixed, meaning you won’t start really making money until you are at 85% quota.
