The company offers an amazing training and learning program for three months before letting you out in the territory and start selling. The culture is amazing, people are very friendly and always ready to help. The feeling of inclusivity is great and you feel welcomed at the company. The base comp. plus commission structure is great. The company aims to promote from within, there are tons of opportunities with the company.

I would say this is a good introduction to sales. However, the base is low and the commission is low as well. You have to work overtime, take every possible lead, and answer every phone call in order to make decent money.
