Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I would say this is a good introduction to sales. However, the base is low and the commission is low as well. You have to work overtime, take every possible lead, and answer every phone call in order to make decent money. If you stay at this company long enough, you will get some accounts given to you, but that's not a guarantee. There is some micromanaging and constant checking in. How much you put in is not necessarily how much you will get out. You can learn great sales fundamentals here but the job itself is not enjoyable.
