(Take with a grain of salt as I've only been here a month) It's not that the culture is bad, its just non-existent. I've been here for a month and have been largely alone. Even my manager, a great guy, will email me questions and he sits behind me. It just feels weird to me that a sales role/organization be so non-personable. My overall experience was positive. Management was OK. Commission needs to be improved along with CRM being from the 90's.

Not great. Terrible bonus structure, outdated thinking, company doesn't carry inventory, and unwilling to be creative and adapt.
