*Strong direct leadership but senior leadership can make work intolerable at at times *Agressive comp plan makes for ridiculous earning potential *Great product - market fit *Overall the company wants so very badly to become great. But are struggling to do the things necessary to get there. This is definitely a high risk/high reward company. The reward has paid off so far

Overall the sales org as a whole is poorly ran. This comes from the top down. Leadership is very aggressive and a work/life balance means nothing to them. Product market fit is good but just a better mousetrap at the end of the day in a niche market. Look elsewhere if you can.
