Overall the sales org as a whole is poorly ran. This comes from the top down. Leadership is very aggressive and a work/life balance means nothing to them. Product market fit is good but just a better mousetrap at the end of the day in a niche market. Look elsewhere if you can.

Awful- Too many products doing the same thing in a space no one cares about.
