Very forgiving in the first few months allowing you to get paid in full while learning the ropes. Has had issues paying employees properly but recognizes mistakes and is transparent about correcting it asap. Training designed to move you up in the company.

Great people with decent leadership. Compensation is almost half of the market rate for similar roles and advancement / development opportunities are not given fairly based on performance. If you want a place that focuses on time in a seat more than accomplishments this is the place for you.
