Focus is misplaced on optics and loud voices, not on equitability across territories.
Despite these issues, the company thrives in the EU, but struggles in the US due to a lack of market understanding. Weak brand recognition in the US hampers growth, with the LeanIX name not resonating as strongly as in Europe.
