They were figuring out a lot when I was there. There were some very smart people at the company but the culture was not healthy and there was a lot of turnover. The product was not developed enough to meet market demands. I learned a lot and hopefully things have improved from a culture standpoint. As with any startup, things change quickly.

My overall experience was heavily impacted by Covid, which completely upended the product and strategy for the company. Only a couple of reps hit quota in the time I was there

League is a place to avoid if you value a positive work environment and professional development. Nobody on the sales teams came close to hitting quota and this is an organization with an extremely poor product market fit.
