Current Employee As I type (June 2023), the company is in the midst of a major restructure that will impact some of my responses like average deal size. Thus, my responses may not be accurate months down the road. LeafLink is a critical component to the cannabis tech world, but this new management team has eroded the trust built with customers and employees. That'll be tough to rebuild, especially since so many account managers and product folks responsible for critical updates were let go. We have all the problems of a tech company that over-hired and over-raised, but that misfortune is compounded by the struggles of the cannabis industry more broadly. It's possible we make it through the storm, and in fairness to leadership's "tough decisions" re: layoffs, we did have way too many employees. However, it'll be a really tough road in the short term to get there. By that point, I bet it's an entirely new team. I would highly advise avoiding LeafLink until at least 2024 when we have more clarity on the macro factors at play and whether this leadership team's abrupt pivots are finally paying off.
