Former Employee The base salary for the position at Leadr is way below market/industry average. This is a great company for entry level positions wanting to add sales experience to their resume and want to work at an organization that values work life balance and good culture. It is a startup so they are still trying to figure things out. The SDR team does their job to bring opportunities for AE's to close however product market fit might be an issue because 90% of the team does not and has not hit quota. This has resulted in a reduction of salesforce twice in the last 3 years. They don't have a clear path to promotion, however as I was leaving I think they were trying to fix this and start promoting from within. Leadership is amateur and are learning and growing with the company with little to know experience or background in leading people. This is both a good and bad thing. Good because it give people the opportunity to grow through experience. Bad because leadership always impacts results. ELT is awesome but should invest resources and training in their middle management - maybe even their own product/solution could help them!
