Current Employee Complex experience, since I joined the company and it was decided 4 months later to shut down operations in my territories. Investments in the business unit and territory were badly handled with strategic decisions being made and changed every 6 weeks.
A shame, since the company has a really good product and clients are very happy with the impact we deliver.
