Great people to work with and a pretty good company overall . However being a mid market AE or SDR will be very challenging. Territories have been pretty bad. And it’s not much you can do about it.

If you’re desperate for a job, I suppose you should work here. If you want to actually get paid the commission you earn and have a chance of hitting quota, this probably isn’t your ideal place to be.

Not great. Sales management can be very frustrating at times. Additionally, they recently took away a financial incentive within the BDR team. This company seems to be on a downwards trajectory. Avoid working here if possible.

Crunchtime is a great restaurant tech company to work for in comparison to our competitors. Our products are top tier and we have a ton of customers. The rub is that compared to most tech companies we underpay on base salary across all AE teams.

Crunchtime does not pay out their reps. There are multiple reps who hit their number who haven't received any commission. We are paid after we bill our customers and often times we strike deals that are at best ramped and at worst delayed rollouts over months/years. The biggest challenge being part of the Crunchtime sales org is that it's a guessing game of when you'll be paid commission for a deal that you close.
