Another typical start-up that claims to be different, but is as toxic - and if not more - than the others. They also owe their AEs hundreds of thousands of dollars since the commissions earned were never paid out; something about not collecting the actual sums from agreed upon clients. Essentially, if a client didn't pay, then the company didn't pay their reps. Talk about toxic. Stay far away.

Great company and great product market fit. Lots of growing pains i.e. layoffs (which impacted my role). I have a positive view of company and believe it's trending in a good direction.

While Thoropass excels in offering competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, it also truly excels in creating a very toxic work environment with little work life balance. Leadership does not take accountability and the only thing consistent is their lack of direction.
