Overall I had a good experience working at Labster. As with any EdTech role, convincing professors that you are a need to have not a want to have was difficult. And also, there is often a desire to sell ahead of the product. Often quota was set unreasonably high, but I also worked there right after COVID first struck, so the EdTech boom was still trying to figure out what the 'new norm' was.

Slightly below average base pay with very small deal commission percentage. Leadership has lack of direction/control over operations due to "Holocracy" framework. Major restructure/layoffs like clock work every year.
