Corporate management was lacking and untrustworthy. Top down management giving very little autonomy or local decision making ability.

I feel like Kyocera has a great product that is very reliable. I do feel that the base compensation is not adequate but the commission is good. I also feel that they need to improve their internal office technology ranging from their crm to their laptops, peripherals and office overall setup.
