Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience at KPMG is underwhelming to say the least. Beyond the shiny exterior of a "Big Four", internal culture / training and performance are all well below expectations.
Base comp is poor outside of partner/director salaries with no incentive structure for colleagues outside of these positions. Personally I have closed over £10 million in deals over the past 12 months as a small team and we have received a grand total of £0 in commission.
Work culture and leadership is weak with employees across the board feeling like development opportunities are few and far between. Teams are often restructured with little notice with little to know support whilst these changes happen.
SDRs/BDRs and Account Managers are supported in terms of leads with company reputation playing a massive part. However organisation is poor across the board with work being delivered late.
To fellow sales professionals, please look beyond the company name and reputation. KPMG does not value employees as we simply are simply part of the cog, whilst this isn't necessarily an issue, KPMG would rather its employees be passive instead of proactive in terms of work on a daily basis.
