Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was great up until this year whenever the company started losing business. They said that they wouldn't do layoffs but instead set unrealistic KPIs that are not even remotely obtainable unless you're working a certain skillset. I can't imagine how much more difficult it is for Account Managers, when they need to prospect more business. Instead of doing layoffs they let people go who can't meet those unrealistic quotas which quite a number of people. Hopefully when the market regulates, Kforce will go back to being a great staffing agency for its internal employees. Browse Other Reviews
