The market, products, and vision of the company are great, but every day feels like an unorganized fire drill. Great market fit as far as the products go. Leadership on the NCA side can be extremely condescending. Some speak to everyone like they're children which then cascades down through the directors and managers and ultimately there is no feeling of mutual respect. We did get leads which is great but the quota is completely unattainable and not one person in the NCA...Read More
